For the last 13 years I have dedicated my life to HELPING students make REALISTIC choices with their food. At this stage in their life, college students are more concerned with improving their grades and social status, often overlooking their overall wellbeing in the process. Long days at school mixed with late nights at work and organizational meetings make it difficult to maintain a diet that most would consider “healthy”.

Thus, fast food and the college life go hand-in-hand since students are busy and on a tight budget. Over 70% of college students eat fast food at least 3 times a week! Rather than “preach” at them, insisting they make dietary changes that are unreasonable for their busy schedule and limited budgets, I meet them where they are. I help them make wiser decisions at fast food restaurants so they can have convenience with their busy life while getting better results with less effort.

Rather than forcing them to make radical changes, I inspire subtle adjustments that enable them to stay healthy, have explosive energy and…even lose weight…while eating at fast food restaurants! I don’t use gimmicks or scare tactics. I have used this proven system to lose weight and have helped countless others do the same.

Since so many students eat fast food my events always get great attendance. When your students hear me speak, they will be encouraged (and surprised) that they can still enjoy the convenience of fast food and get the results they want.

What this means to you is that you will have happier and more energetic students which can lead to better grades. Students enjoy how I keep them involved and we have fun in my talks and the fact that I provide realistic eating choices they can make on campus. They will not only be raving about this event long after I am gone but they will also be using the tips they learn daily.

Samantha is the known as the Realistic Eating Expert for Students

She’s hilarious and she understands what it’s like to live a busy college life (she took 20 credit hours a semester and worked a full time job!)

Just like many of the students she teaches, she was told she had to eat perfect to be healthy which contributed to a severe eating disorder. She eventually got to the point where she ate fast food three times a day! As a student leader, she binged on fast food, consuming thousands of calories in one meal and gained weight. Due to her busy class schedule, she learned how to still eat fast food but made wiser choices. She learned “the formula” for losing weight while eating fast food!

Samantha knows the problem is not fast food in itself, it’s how much of it students eat in each sitting and which foods they choose. She uses wit, humor and memorable stories to show students how to make wiser choices with their food. Samantha is funny, inspiring, educating and motivating.
